Scout’s Place Hotel, Restaurant, Bar, Lounge & terraces is a unique Caribbean Inn on Saba. It is one of the most traditional places on Saba and is designed for divers, hikers and other nature lovers alike.

The hotel is in the heart of the little gingerbread village of Windwardside just a few walking minutes from the tourist office, shops, restaurants and some trail heads. It has 14 individual styled rooms, all of them have ocean view and most of them are equipped with fan, refrigerator, telephone, free WiFi, private bathroom, balcony & cable TV. Other amenities are include: a tropical patio, outdoor pool, terraces & boutique as well as a lively restaurant, lounge with an amazing view and well-attended bar. From our terraces you have a gorgeous view on the village, the mountain and the ocean and at the bar you can meet divers, tourists and locals alike.

Rooms come in three different categories depends on their location in the hotel and the view.
Cat. 1 first floor, Cat 2 second floor, Cat 3 separate building rooms with private terrace.

Scout’s Place Restaurant

Scout’s pPlace does also have a very popular restaurant features a modern décor and design, two must see terraces with ocean & village view where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The restaurant & bar offers a large variety of local, European and American dishes. Scout’s is one of Saba’s most traditional places. “Every day is a special day at Scout’s Place”. Famous Saba lobster, catch of the day, spit roasted chicken, curry goat, Caribbean breakfast, Johnny cakes and other dishes are some of the daily changing specials. Or choose some delicious food from the regular menu created by our international chef. Daily special run up the menu. Homemade dessert, cakes and ice cream? You come to the right place. The bar also offers fresh ground coffee and espressos. Our main goal is to offer you the most fresh and local food as possible so that you can get the great taste of the Caribbean while staying on Saba. Last but not least Scout’s Place restaurant offers excellent gourmet burgers for a reasonable price, a variety of delicious wraps & healthy salads. Wolfgang’s Wiener Schnitzel is as famous as his homemade apple strudel. Several special nights are offered during the week or monthly. Wolfgang’s own sushi & sashimi night is always sold out. Grill Nights, spit roasted chicken night and others are advertised at the front office.

Scout’s Place is always open and convenient located in the tiny village of Windwardside: Friday night’s Scout’s is THE place to be: Saba’s best live entertainment “Sabaoke” night is a must see event and shouldn’t be missed.
Draft beer, the widest beer selection on the island with more than 30 beers from all over the world (maybe you find your favorite) and a well-stocked bar round up the picture. Our friendly bartenders can mix you all kind of tropical/Caribbean cocktail right in front of your eyes and if you want you can enjoy a shisha in our newly designed lounge overlooking the ocean and village. Happy Hour is famous at Scout’s Place with several bar items two for one and of course the chicken wings that come for .-50 cts a piece. Spicy, delicious fried and very popular. Don’t miss the home made Saba Spice, a traditional Saba specialty.
