The Rainforest Restaurant at the Saba Ecolodge is the highest restaurant in the Kingdom of the Netherlands featuring breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you are going hiking we offer lunch you can take in one of our old school lunch boxes. We recommend the jerk chicken wrap, it is the perfect light lunch to enjoy from one of Saba’s panoramic view points or on the boat between dives.

 

Enjoy dinner by candle light while listening to the frogs trill in the rainforest. Chef Keith J. Murphy will treat you to his own brand of indigenous island cuisine using local fruits and vegetables like the bumpy lemon, and breadfruit. Keith’s Rub-a-dub Ribs are a local favorite. Our onsite organic farm provides a portion of our produce so we can serve you meals as fresh as possible. The full bar features signature cocktails like Sabanade and Kelly Killers, made with local fruit juices and premium liquors

Saturday night is Fire on the Mountain, family style Island BBQ, and Bonfire under the stars. Sunday brunch, bring the family to relax and hang out on the patio with some games and Mimosas.
