L.L.R.W. (29) was arrested in Saba on Wednes­day, July 21, for insulting an official in function.

He had insulted a Customs Department officer while the official was performing his duties, the Caribbean Nether­lands Police Force KPCN explained in a statement issued on Friday, July 23.
