RCN and P-Direkt offering a total of 15 new jobs

Rijksdienst Dutch Caribbean and P-Direkt are offering 15 new jobs to create more employment on Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba. The 15 vacancies for contact centre assistant are open as of today.

P-Direkt stands for delivering an efficient and high-quality payroll and personnel administration for the 120,000 civil servants (of the central government) in the Netherlands. From their two contact centers in Zwolle and The Hague, P-Direkt supports managers and employees from the ministries by phone and e-mail.

Upon request of the Central Government in the European Netherlands P-Direkt is opening a third office on Bonaire in September 2015. Because of the time difference with the European Netherlands, civil servants can also contact the contact centre in the evening.

For this contact centre P-Direkt is looking for 15 enthusiastic colleagues on Bonaire, St. Eustatius or Saba, who are willing to follow a training at MBO 3 level for contact centre assistant on Bonaire. This training is being conducted in cooperation with Scholengemeenschap Bonaire. It regards a work/ learning course of one and a half year. The new colleagues will be employed by RCN on Bonaire.
